QuestionIf this charge 6 fitbit burns my wrist can I get a refund through Best Buy or do I need to work with Fitbit? I had 3 fitbits in the past & only the charge 5 burned my wrist & had to be returned to fitbit. It took 6 Mos to get refund after many emails.

- Answer I would assume that if you are in the 14 day return period, you will can return via Best Buy Policies. (though opened items may have a fee to return, you have to check with best buy). Otherwise, you'd continue to have to work with Fitibit. If you've been burned by them in the past, you may have an allergic reaction to their materials and I would stay away from them.

The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty: Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable. 2. The USB port or outlet is faulty: Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. 3. Your device’s battery was depleted to 0%, and it doesn’t appear to be charging: Leave your device plugged into the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
