Try restarting your tracker. The instructions for doing so are here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/How-do-I-restart-my-tracker/?l=en_US&p=charge&fs=Search&pn=1 I had to do that when mine was not counting flights of stairs correctly and it fixed that problem. The other thing to do is log into your account and make sure you have your time zone set correctly.

I believe you have to go into "Account" then "Settings" on your phone (or computer) to do it. At least that is where I was able to change how the time display looks. I love that I was able to have it display the date along with the time. Good luck!

To reset the time you have to change it on your phone and then sync your fitbit and phone. I would assume it works the same way for using the computer.

Just sync to your phone and the time will reset. If you don't do a manual sync, when it next syncs it will change the time. Use your phone's app to sync. For an iPhone, open the app, the first item "Charge" shows battery level and starts syncing. You can also click the arrow on the right and see if your setting is "All-Day Sync". Settings can be changed in your account online also.
