“Would this be able to track my activity in spin class where i have minimal arm movement?”

• The charge has a feature to track specific exercise. There is a button you press and it starts the timer. Once you've completed the exercise you press the button again. I use it when I cycle on a stationary bike

• Probably not unless you put it on your ankle. Won't work if pushing a shopping cart either. Might work if you put it in your pocket.
