Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have both and like the Charge better. It can do more things, I like the band better, and the charging system better. The only thing you can't do is change the color of the bands like you can do with the Flex.

If I could go back and chose all over again though I would purchase the Charge HR. When I looked at it before I was like oh I don't need my heart rate. However, there have been so many testimonials of how having the heart monitor has saved some people's lives. That's just my opinion. But I love my charge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One of them doesn't actually show the steps on the face of the watch...it is the cheaper one. Can't remember which, but that's what I discovered when I was searching for my kids. It's too cumbersome to have to look at my phone for that data.
