- Answer My wife wears the small/medium version of this and it fits great. It will also adjust down enough for my 8 Yreka old to wear it... Comes in both large and small/medium sizes.

- Answer Fitbit doesn't have a product that can be used in water. It states its "water resistant". From my research I found a product called Misfit can be used while swimming
