Yes the fit bit just uses motion as steps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes...it seems to be very similar, function wise, to the Fitbit one. It might be calibrated a bit more to wrist wear, but will work in a pocket or elsewhere on your body.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem and it is not accurate if not on wrist, I would recommend the Fitbit one very small and can be clipped on multiple locations with its included clip
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work as long as it's on you I used to carry in my pocket as well and it still works
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe, but the FitBit Zip would be more accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It SHOULD be able to count steps even if you're not wearing it (you can test it by looking at the step count on the screen and then shaking it up and down with your hand - it will usually register those as steps). If you have it hooked to your ID badge, it should feel the vibrations and register your steps - though it may not be as reliable/accurate as when you wear it on your wrist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as it's on you somewhere it will track your steps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The information provided states that it can be worn on a belt loop, etc. the accuracy is not as good. I have not tried it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should. I have had my Fitbit in my pocket and it still records activity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably not, you could look for something that goes around your ankle, or just try fitbit around the ankle, you will be surprized ;)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
