• Yes. Battery charge lasts approximately one week. The charger is included to plug into a USB.

• The charge does need to be charged and does come with the charge. I charge mine connecting it to the USB on my computer. The charge last a long time (10 days or so) It will send you a notice when the charge is getting low. Very simple process and fairly quick.
