Yes, you can get various sizes of bands.

Mine came with 2 bands - a small and a medium.

Comes in Large and small sizes. But each size has adjustable track just as a watch. So should fit almost anyone. The band is replaceable. Large and Small size bands are included in the packing when I bought it.
