“I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 Health and Fit Tracker. I travel a lot and find it so frustrating that my beloved fitbit doesn't automatically change time zones when I do. How do I adjust that? Thank you!”

• I discovered this with my original Alta HR. In the Fitbit app go to Account in the top left corner. Then click on Advanced Settings. Turn Auto Time Zone off and wait a few seconds then turn it back on. You should have the correct time.

• Be sure to have your Fitbit connected to your phone or tablet. Those will automatically change time zone and the Fitbit will too.
