Does this watch have a run / walk interval timer? null

Hi there, Lefty. Unfortunately, there isn’t an interval timer on the Inspire 3. However, it does have an Exercise app which provides various exercise options. You can select the activity that best suits your workout. If your specific exercise isn't available, choose "Workout." The app can also automatically detect certain workouts, opening the Exercise app and beginning tracking after a few minutes.
