Fitbit devices do not only work with Wi-Fi; they primarily use Bluetooth to sync data with your phone, which then connects to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular data to upload the information to the Fitbit servers, so you can use a Fitbit even if you don't have a direct Wi-Fi connection, as long as your phone has internet access. Questiondoes this Fitbit measure floors

- Answer Inspire 3 does not measure floors. I think there was a change in the Fitbit software and an overall plan to stop measuring floors. October 2024 was the last time my Fitbit gave a floor count. I take stairs every day since I live in a building with no elevator. I’ve had my Inspire 3 for two months and I have “zero” floors every single day. I still Have a floor goal….but unfortunately no measurement.
