I don't think it does. There is an app you can download to your phone that will sync to the Fitbit and let you add in how much exercise you do, how much water you drink and your food. It lets you know how many calories you burn. It also lets you know how your sleep was--if you woke up during the night and how often you were restless. Explains why I'm tired when I wake up sometimes, LOL. If you don't sync it to your phone or laptop you would just get the basic info. Hope this helps.
