- Answer No. I've had the Alta in the past (gave it to my sister). The Inspire has a little pin you slide back and forth to put on or take off the bands, whereas the Alta has the click-on and -off version. The bands are not interchangeable.

- Answer You need to charge it first. Then set it up with the Fitbit App. Or call Fitbit and they will help you. Fitbit.com I called them it took less than 10 minutes.
