A fitbit "One" has a flexible clip on the side so you can attach it to your pocket, bra, purse or what ever is with you throughout the day. I put mine on my jeans pocket or pant waistband. My husband puts his on his shirt pocket a friend of mine puts her's on her bra strap. Just don't forget to take it off before you put your clothing in the washing machine. I actually have done this twice now but then it went through the dryer too before I missed it and it still worked fine.( GASP upon realization and then followed by "whew') I wouldn't recommend that but as you know stuff happens. Others have rescued theirs from the washer and then put it in a bowl of rice to absorb the moisture. So far the dryer has worked for me. (only because I knew it wasn't there) . I love my fitbit One, it's a great motivator to try to get in my 10,000 steps a day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not really. It does have a wrist band that is big to put on your wrist when you sleep. This product is best with the clip, or in your pocket without the clip like chapstick. I use mine in my pocket.

One thing I do is put in inside the pocket and not clipped outside the pocket. when I used to clip it outside I was having chars pull it off. Once inside it doesn't come out anymore. My wife just has hers loose in her pocket, but I clip mine.

I'd be worried that I would snag it on something if I just clipped this one to a wrist band. If you don't wear it on your pants you can clip it to a t-shirt etc
