• No. Only hour and minutes. When tracking activity the Surge provides seconds info.

• No. There are different formats to choose from as to what you like/prefer to have on your screen. When you are on your app, if you tap the top section that says surge, it goes to the screen that says " surge last sync so many minutes ago." Tap it again and it lists some info to choose from. Hit clock display, it gives you 4 choices.

• nope. your have several time display options (i think 4 of them), and the one i currently use (the only one that displays the date) does not display the seconds. i had to look at the manual but apparently none of them really displays the seconds unfortunately.

• There are 4 faces you can choose from. I am not aware of any of them showing the seconds hand.

• No it does not. It tells seconds and 100s of a second when u do an activity like running ect.
