Yes. To get the sleep stages graph, just wear it to bed and,in the morning, open your Fitbit app on your phone, give it a little time to sync up with your watch and then push the sleep icon button.If,when you go to bed, you push the button in the app on your phone telling it that you are going to sleep, it will not give you the graph. That is only to be used when you don’t have your Fitbit on you.
