It has a clock, but I am not sure about a necklace. It comes with a clip.

All the fitbit models with a display will display the time. I don't think that the zip would be very effective when worn on a necklace due to the physics of the pedometer function. You should check with Fitbit on this.

Yes, i has the current time once synced with a phone or laptop. Currently I don't believe there is a necklace accessory at this time.

Yes it tells you the time. You don't have to set the time. It just has the right time. I don't need a watch any more.

The Fit Bit does give you the current time and can be used as a watch. The Fit Bit screen is small and can be hard to see, but it tells the exact time and can be clipped onto clothing or any chain you ware around your neck.
