Yes but not quite the same way as walking but the difference should be negligible. The accuracy is not 100% and as a whole the tracker will record activity based on your overall movements (just as if you were taking strides like a pedometer). The Fitbit should give you a general response of activity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can manually add exercise, for example biking. This has worked out great for me so far. I think you'd have to figure out the calories burned through taebo yourself though. My exercise bike provides all that info for me and I can enter it into my fit bit through my iPad app. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will track all your taebo class. I teach Zumba and so it tracks my exercising for Zumba.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you put it in your activity log and remember to add it and the amount of time you did the activity it will show you the calories burned. I do Zumba. This device tracks that. If your activity is not exactly listed.. Find something that is similar. Example.. Spot training.. Write Pilates..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Not sure how accurate it is, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There as a way to record time spent on activity and resulting calories burned. Includes general aerobics category but not specific activity like taebo. There is a calorie count based on the number of steps taken. Does not relate to a specific activity but a faster paced activity will obviously record more steps/movement so more calories burned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know. It seems to track movement but not if I am standing or in my car/bus. On the site it tells me how long I am active, which always freaks me out because it will tell me I was only active for 25 minutes but I guess that's because it doesn't count standing. When I walk a lot my active count does go up. Sorry if I wasn't helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It tracks activity and time and then I guess it predicts how many calories that would burn. Contact Fitbit - they are very good at responding to these questions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it only works with walking or running
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will only track the steps.
