• My Norton Internet Security program did not prevent the virus that locked my computer. FixMeStick found and removed the virus. Norton Internet Security remains in place on my computer and is not affected by FixMeStick. After using the FixMeStick, you simply remove the flash drive from your USB port and keep it handy in case the hackers strike again.
