I am pretty sure any touch screen can use a stylus. There is another question about that on here, and the people who have answered said they have successfully used a stylus with this product and that it does recognize handwriting, although that may depend on the app. They also recommended a screen protector before using a stylus. I just bought this for my son for Christmas. His handwriting is terrible, so he's going to use the keyboard mostly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Any tablet will allow you to use and stylus. There are all kinds of stylus out there. A stylus is simply just to make easy of touching exactly what part of the screen you want to hit without pressing surrounding links or options. If you are talking about the special stylus pens made by LG or Samsung or even Apple then no. Those pens have features that are only compatible with their tablets. You can still use them as a standard stylus though.
