The Fitbit bands have the same compartment to put the Fitbit into. You can always ask the BestBuy sales person to show you. And the website www.fitbit.com also explains things.

It will not. The Charge isn't a removable gadget like the FitBit Flex is.

Flex bands do not work for the charge. The. Charge displays more info than the flex so the window on the band has to be larger than the flex.
