• Update.... Apparently the 966600-01 version is the same thing under Dyson retailers and will not fit either. No cordless can use this as indicated on the box.

• Did NOT fit my Dyson cordless stick V7 Absolute. This is the 966451-02 version. Box states it not compatible with any cordless models. You need to buy the 966600-01 version.

• Hi Everyone. I contacted Dyson and they said, Yes it fits. 966600-01 and 966451-02 are the same exact thing the difference being one of them is sold through Dyson and the other for retailer identification. Arrived from Best Buy as a 4 piece set which included the adapter is included. Great Savings. So I ordered a second one
