QuestionI am trying to use this for a TCL tv and can not get the channels to change. I looked on You Tube and followed a few videos and still can not get the channels to change. What do I need to do? Their email does not exists.

QuestionWhen I try to change channels I get a message on tv screen that says "this option is not available at this time". Mom has had this remote forever. Does anyone know how to fix so she can change channels?

- Answer That is a message from the box, just use the STB /cable remote to exit. sometimes you may need to reset the STb box, as they do ver the air updates.
