• A:Answer Hi Debbi, Thank you for your enquiry. This mat is shipped flat in a cardboard box. The mat itself is 0.087 inches thick and can withhold weight of up to 180lbs, including the chair and the user. We would not recommend exceeding this weight capacity as this may lead to cracking and will also void the items warranty.
