    • Answer All of the burners on the capriasca have a simmer function. The capriasca is a great stove so far. However, it took 6 months for best buy to deliver and the customer service was constantly reassuring me that it would come. I am still waiting for 3 manager call backs. Get the stove but buy it elsewhere

    • Answer No only the large oven is convection. Buy this oven elsewhere the Best Buy's customer service is subpar and you are better off looking for another company that offers this model. They can not communicate delays and send you in circles trying to figure out what is actually happeneing.
