Here is our guide to properly clean your cooktop; Cast Iron grates - Remove loose debris from food prior with a soft bristle brush. - Fill a basin or sink with warm, soapy water (dish soap). Let the grates soak for about 10-15 minutes. This helps to loosen stubborn residue. - Use a non-metal, soft-bristled brush, pad, or sponge to thoroughly scrub the grates. Avoid metal sponges. - Once the grates are brushed and clean, rinse with warm water until there are no traces of soap. - Dry the grates thoroughly with a clean cloth, ensuring no more water drops. Avoid air drying, this can create spotting and rust. Enamel Cooktop Only use dish soap mixed with water, spray on the surface, and let it soak for a moment. Use a soft sponge or towel to wipe off the dirt. Make sure you never use metal sponge abrasive materials, or oven degreasers to clean the enamel. For more details, contact us at [email protected]
