- Answer Depending on how many sensors you use your usage may vary. I mainly utilize the Blood Oxygen, Step Tracking, and Heart Rate Monitor and usually can go a full day and even sleep with it on. It also charges up to 80% in just 30 minutes so I usually charge it first thing in the morning before I leave the house.
