Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought the geek squad protection and it is still active just take it to the store. I have never had an issue when I have had a problem. They usually give you a new one or if that is not available for the price of the difference you can upgrade to a new one. If you don't have the protection I would recommend taking it to a fossil store.
