Stainless steel is also waterproof, i.e. it does not lose its colour or tarnish even after regular contact with water. Jewellery made of stainless steel can therefore be worn in the shower without hesitation. The same applies to gold-plated stainless steel. So, is the prior answer incorrect, or is the band NOT actually stainless steel?

Hi, the bracelet is not waterproof. Do not expose your skin to water. Store the bracelet in a clean and dry place.
