Can I make sausages with the grinder attatchment null

You can definitely grind the meat. There is no stuffing unit if you want to make links but the grinder is awesome!

You can make sausage, if you mean seasoned, ground meat. This set does not come with the tube-shaped extruding attachments for filling sausage casing, if that's what you're looking for..
