Great question! The Frameo 10.1" Digital Picture Frame doesn't support direct USB photo uploads from a personal computer. Photos are sent wirelessly to the frame using the free Frameo app on your phone (iOS or Android). If you want to use photos from your PC, you have two easy options: 1) transfer the photos from your PC to your phone first, then send them through the Frameo app, or 2) load photos onto a Micro SD card via your PC and insert it into the frame's Micro SD slot.
