Under the picture, there is "Features>" that answers your question, but I have made several free Shutterfly calendars, and this is how it usually is: it is fully customisable. Shutterfly has free templates that you use to insert your photos and information (I like to put the picture of the person whose birthday is that date on the date square) Shutterfly also has optional special pre-made templates that you pay for (like Disney themed, etc) this is for an 8x11, You have to pay for shipping, usually $9. You can also use this as a "coupon" where the amount that would be spent on the 8x11 can be credited for the 12x12, which is usually a few dollars more.
