What you can also do is go into the Fitness app on your iPhone, go to the Fitness+ tab, tap on your profile picture, when tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code. You'll be able to redeem your BB code this way. If the Fitness+ tab doesn't exist in your Fitness app, you can go into the App Store, tap on your picture, then tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter it there.
