• A:Answer What you can also do is go into the Fitness app on your iPhone, go to the Fitness+ tab, tap on your profile picture, when tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code. You'll be able to redeem your BB code this way. If the Fitness+ tab doesn't exist in your Fitness app, you can go into the App Store, tap on your picture, then tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter it there.

Q: QuestionI got a link for my free Apple Music, when I click to redeem it just takes me to the home page of the app. Nothing else, it was a lot more easier with the redeeming code in the email itself.

• A:Answer When you redeem this you get 2 months free, and then it will charge you through iTunes (App Store) for $9.99 each month. The way this trial works is that Best Buy offers one month on top of Apple's one month trial, giving you two months. That's where the mix up may have occurred.
