Unfortunately, the process to redeem the six months of Fitness+ is tricky. Best Buy offers three months, and Apple offers three months. It states in your email with the BB redemption code that you have to start Apple's free trial first that would appear at the top of the Fitness+ tab in the Fitness app. Now that you have redeemed the BB code first, Apple's trial is unavailable since you've already used the service. Apple's trial is only to those who have not used the service before. Sorry.
