Says somewhere that the email will only come one time for activation. I found mine in my junk mail after my purchase.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure if it can be emailed again, I’m sure if you call customer care they will resubmit it for you but you can just find it yourself if you go to “your orders” and find it there , you should see all 4 there..
