Yes they do. We had an in home consult and followed up with a Geek Squad set up of our Ring doorbell and Ring Spotlight camera. While it took a second visit to get our mesh wifi extender system set up, it is all up and running.

YES! That's what I had done about a month ago at my elderly mother's house. Frank (Tulsa location) was very knowledgable about the products and how they would work for our application. He worked hard to put together a package that would serve our needs, and he followed up with me afterwards. In hindsight. I DO wish he would have told us that those cameras were available in White, we would have preferred that over black. PLEASE NOTE: Best Buys on-line scheduling system is a disaster! We had lots of problems and hassells getting Frank there, and then the same again, with the installer. I recommend you set up a UNIQUE account with best buy for each physical address; a separate email and phone number might have prevented this... but I didn't know that at the time! Good luck! In the end, It DID end up being worth it for us and I will use them again.

I'm not sure but since they sell Smart Home products and offer a Free In-Home Advisor Consultation, you could go on their website to set up the Consultation and select Smart Home Security as what you want to discuss. Hopefully since that is what you selected to discuss they will send out an Advisor that is well versed on security cameras. I selected lots of topics/products so our Advisor seemed well versed in several areas but generic responses on other.
