Frank (Tulsa location) was very knowledgable about the products and how they would work for our application. He worked hard to put together a package that would serve our needs, and he followed up with me afterwards. In hindsight. I DO wish he would have told us that those cameras were available in White, we would have preferred that over black. PLEASE NOTE: Best Buys on-line scheduling system is a disaster! We had lots of problems and hassells getting Frank there, and then the same again, with the installer. I recommend you set up a UNIQUE account with best buy for each physical address; a separate email and phone number might have prevented this... but I didn't know that at the time! Good luck! In the end, It DID end up being worth it for us and I will use them again.
