You should have received a redemption code via email that you can enter on the YouTube Premium redemption page.

Get your code from the email receipt and navigate to: youtube.com/redeem

You’ll get an email after your purchase with the digital card and its numbers you then type that into your wallet on Xbox under redeem gift card
