Go on to YouTube and on the left there are some lines click that and you will get a list of items. Click on billing and it should have something there for you to find out about three free months trial.

I did. BUT they couldnt help me! All they did was try to sell me a package to get rid of the virus that im not understanding how it got there!!

If your talking about YouTube Premium all you have to do is go into settings and cancel your subscription
