Yes you can, and pay 49.99 for another year. It does require an app to call or message, but data can work without app. Data service is ATT.

This supposed discount service ended up costing way more then any of the low price options. Plus it never worked correctly. Ithey charge you 1 cent every month to supposedly check your account payment information except on mine they do it twice a month.
