Will this service work for my ulcool mini phone null

While not familiar with your specific phone, I can say that if you can download android apps this should probably work. To make/receive calls and texts, the FreedomPop app is required. That said, I have used the data on a tablet without the app. Just make sure the apn is correct. The above assumes your phone is compatible with the AT&T network.
