• As long as it's a unlocked gsm phone. Activation is .99 cents.

• Yes the SIM card will fit any phone you have but the phone needs to be unlocked. In your case if it is locked by Straight talk then first you need to get it unlocked before using your phone with Freedom Pop SIM card. And there is no additional activation fee. You just need to select the plan you need.
