If the interior of the filter housing on the wall of the refrigerator is slanted, the LT120F filter won't fit. I contacted LG customer support about it. They responded that the refrigerator came with the wrong filter housing, and they will send me a new filter housing. They even have a website where you can order it to be sent, for free. Here is their response: Our factory has confirmed that your specific refrigerator model requires a square cover, contrary to the slanted one that came with the LT120F filter. To promptly address this issue, we have taken immediate action. We now have the correct square cover available for your refrigerator model, ensuring the proper accommodation of the LT120F filter.
