Q: QuestionI bought this microwave at a Best Buy outlet and they did not include the mounting hardware. What is the part number for the mount(s)? Or is there a universal mounting kit that will work for this microwave?

Q: QuestionI have a Frigidaire gallery microwave model FGMV174KFC. Is this the same color? Will it fit in the same opening? Does it use the same bracket? How long is the power cord and which side is it on in the back? Thanks!

Q: QuestionI have the Frigidaire professional series stainless steel over range microwave model number FPBM189KFB manufactured in April 2010 by Electrolux home products. Serial number is 9G01503953. Can I use the existing mounting bracket with this newer model?

Q: QuestionWhen microwaving, and the timer beeps the completed time- if you open the door- does it CONTINUE to beep (as previous models have)? We found this a minor annoyance and now that our microwave went out, we are looking to replace it with one that does NOT.

Q: QuestionHi Frigidaire, What improvements have been done to provide sufficient support to inside plastic parts that the handle gets torqued to? My past Frigidaire microwave handle fell off because there was not a robust support for the handle mounting hardware.

• A:Answer I have returned to answer my question. The door broke in less than 4 years, just shy of my previous Fridigare unit except this time the damage was less catastrophic and was repaired by drilling a new hole and tapping the handle with a new thread for the correct length bolt used. Why do you use such a thin piece of plastic to hold the lower portion of the handle? At least there was a sheet metal on the other side of the lower handle so the new bolt could hold on to, just had to remove some plastic so the bolt could press against the sheet metal and the door fully close. Also added a metal washer to help support the upper handle. Please consider a more robust design. Bolt used was an M4x35mm
