- Answer The vents for this model, as it relates to the Grease filters, are located on the bottom of the unit. For the external exhaust it is possible to vent through the top of the product or through the rear of the product. This model could also be recirculating.

- Answer Both model FFMV162LM and FMV157GC are similar in size, not exact measurements. The comparable model to FMV157GC is FFMV164LS. Thank you, Frigidaire

QuestionI noticed that whirlpool has a silver mist option too, are they manufactured by the same company?i have a silver mist stove by whirlpool and like the frigidaire microwave better and would like to know if they would match ok.

- Answer To be honest, I'm not sure who manufactures the unit for Whirlpool, but from what I have seen the colors of the two units should match pretty well. Best Buy has Frigidaire Silver Mist ranges at almost all of their stores, so you could also stop by and look at the color in person, and then compare it to your Whirlpool. Thank You, Frigidaire

QuestionHow close to the stove surface is it safe to put an over the range microwave?The microwave we are looking at would be 16" from the range to the microwave - is that a safe distance?

- Answer It is hard to say for sure without the exact GE model number, but even though the hardware is similar it is safe to assume that you would have to replace the mounting hardware with a Frigidaire microwave. Thank You, Frigidaire
