OMG, I am so sorry to hear that, I hope you got insurance and a warranty on this product. I just purchased this microwave in February but had one previously that lasted 2 years and because of it, I made sure I purchased insurance and a 3 year warranty on this product. I know that this may not be helpful, but the problem with my first microwave purchase of this brand is it kept tripping my circuit breaker; this could be possibly be the issue with yours. Thank you.
