QuestionDo I need to buy special pots and pans to use with this radiant top?

- Answer I didn’t, but what I did do was use “Easy Off” original formula to clean the bottom of all my pots and pans before I used the stove. I’m very mindful not to slide my pots when I’m cooking, just lift them up if I need to reposition them .

QuestionDoes this model have any safety features like auto shut-off or child safety features? And its a convection oven, but does it also heat by conventional method?

QuestionHow tall are the little feet on this range? Are they adjustable? If so, how high can they be?

- Answer Hi HD74. The leveling legs for FCFE2425AS show in the installation Guide that they are 1 ¼ inches. A minimum clearance of 1/8" (3 mm) is required between the bottom of the range and the leveling leg to allow room for the bracket. And yes, the legs are adjustable. -Christy

- Answer On the AJ Madison site, they recommend buying this cord - Electric Cord Kit - 40 Amp, 4 ft.. - as it likely is not included with the oven. Whether installed by a contractor or electrician, or whoever, if they don't come prepared with a 40 amp cord, you will need to buy one.
