Own frigidaire 15000btu but creates a lot of dripping water out back and landlord is complaining. Room is 315sf but also on top floor of bldg so it's hot apt. Would 10000btu work. Apt does get too cold with 15000. null

First off if the dripping is from constantly running it you need to put it on energy saver and automatic and do not take the temp under 65 I keep mine on 68 and it cools a three bedroom house. I hope this helped

I have Frigidaire 10,000 btu's and the space that I use it in is a little larger than yours so it should work fine.
