• It is a thermoelectric cooler, meaning it runs on lower energy and runs quieter. It can only drop to about 20 degrees below the ambient (room) temperature. For best results, keep it low to the ground or in the basement. If the room is 75 degrees the cooler would chill to about 55 degrees. Enough to make the beverage cool but not as cold as a true regrigerator.

• Have you tried resetting it and is it in a well-ventilated area
