“I have a well insulated room of less than 80 sf that I need to cool to 60 degrees with an outside temperature of 70 degrees. The room has no sources of heat in it. Will this unit do that? What is the air temperature out of the unit when in cooling mode?”

Hi Donlboy. The control will maintain the set temperature within 2 degrees Fahrenheit, between 60F and 90F degrees. We could not confirm that it would remain at exactly 60F at all times. Kindest Regards, Anna
